Fair Play Rules
Our fair play terms allow refunds within a 30-day period if you are not satisfied or do not understand our services. 

This means that you have 30 days after signing up for a Butterbild Consulting LLP subscription to receive a refund. Contact us at info@butterbild.com and we will help you within 24 hours. Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to arrive in your bank account. 

We do allow refunds specifically for automatic renewals of annual subscriptions within the first 72 hours of billing. However, we are not obligated to process a refund under any other circumstances after 30 days, including in the event that you forget to auto-renew your subscription. 

Butterbild Consulting LLP will send reminders prior to each billing cycle within the first 60 days, and it is your sole responsibility to manage your subscription prior to renewal by logging in or emailing info@butterbild.com. Please note that we do not accept refunds when you pay with cryptocurrencies, as this may result in transaction fees and other disadvantages.
